Editorial Mode lets you choose how your newsletter gets published. Autopilot runs fully automated. Gatekeeper requires your approval on each item before the newsletter goes out. Manual puts you in complete control of when (and whether) the newsletter sends at all.

The admin dashboard has been redesigned so you can manage all your newsletters from one place. You can now edit queued content, reorder articles, regenerate images, preview issues in your inbox before they send, and send on demand anytime.

New content sourcing tools make it easier to bring material into your newsletter. Magic Link extracts content from any URL. Smart Scrape pulls new articles from institutional news pages automatically. RSS Ingestion lets you pipe in external feeds. And beyond ORCID, Collate now supports OpenAlex IDs and ISSN as identifiers, opening the door to newsletters for journals and research societies.

Five newsletter themes are available, full language translation is supported, and all newsletter components (headline, image, summary, citation) are now individually optional.
